Suspicious Activity in Brookhaven(9/21/2011) This incident in Brookhaven is a reminder of it’s important to be alert and report any suspicious activity to the police:
A neighbor called 911 after a suspicious black Taurus passed her twice today. City of Atlanta Zone Two and our Brookhaven officer responded immediately. The driver was stopped in the 4400 Block of E Brookhaven and arrested for a suspended license pending further investigation.
Brookhaven Security will follow this person through the court system.
After the initial email was sent about this car several people reported seeing him the week prior. We must call 911 for anything suspicious at the time that we see it. If YOU think it is suspicious, then it IS suspicious. Please, always call 911, get a license plate number and take a photo with your cell phone camera. Let the police decide if its suspicious and what action to take.
Daytime Break-in (8/19/2011): A daytime intruder kicked in the back door of a home on Converse Drive. The alarm scared him away. A police report was filed.
Neighbors saw a car with two dark-complexioned males, cruising the cul-de-sac. The car was an older (1990's) green Honda sedan. It was suspicious because of the number of times it drove up and down the street.
